good morning all. I really had to fight my way out of bed this morning. I so did not want to get up today. Then I had to really talk myself into working out, but I did it and I feel so much better now that I did. Today I did Iron Core Bootcamp. I really loved this one a lot. I really love kettlebells and this one was all the stuff that I love to do like swings, cleans, snatches, etc. None of that other fancy stuff. I only used a 10 today, but next time I do this I am going to go heavier, some of the workouts that do windmills and stuff I just can't go heavy, but since this one is basic stuff I am going to try the 12 next and then the 15 etc. to see where I end up at. This one is only 30 minutes which makes it perfect for a workday morning. I am so happy that tomorrow is Friday which makes it a rest day for me. I am thinking that I might start taking Monday and Fridays as rest days but I haven't decided yet. Today is going to be a hard day eating wise at work, they are having a super bowl potluck. I am not planning on participating, I am taking my lunch, but you just never know what will happen. Have a great day all, I will "see" you after work.
