's Saturdy workout

Well, it is now 8:20 PM here in Calif and I just barely finished doing my workout. I have been trying to talk myself into it all day and I finally just said get her done and did it. Today I did Kari Go step for beginners. This workout consists of a 5 minute warm up and the 2 15 minutes step sections that can be done seperately or all together, I did the whole 30 minute routine, and than a 10 minute cool down, stretch section at the end. This is definitley for beginners which is what I wanted, just the basic stuff. I did pretty good with most of it, I did get very lost and mixed up on the around the worlds, so I will have to work on those for a while. I will do this one again in a few days and see how I do then. I used one riser on each side for this workout. I really liked Kari, this is the first of her workouts I have ever done, I liked her personality and her cueing seemed good to me. I don't know what is on schedule for tomorrow, I will decide in the morning. Have a great evening, even though a lot of you are already in bed by now, I'm sure.

I love this workout! I usually just pull it out for the first workout so I can get in something quick but fun. I need to do the 2nd workout more, the around the worlds get me too!!

(who was asleep at 8:20 PM your time, which was 11:20 my time and who is now wide awake at 9:28 EDT -- I hate the clock switch but am okay so far this morning, we'll see by later tonight though)
