Thank you for the information! Sounds wonderful! However, just a

cautionary note here. It may still be a little too hot in many states

to ship chocolate. I work at Harry and 's (besides pears, also

famous for their chocolate truffles - although much, much more

expensive) and we don't ship chocolate till Oct 15th, without ice

packs and insulation.

They use a lot of coconut oil in the chocolates and it starts to melt

at 76 degrees.

You wicked but heavenly chocolate angel. I would be interested in

ordering some of this from you and paying for the shipping as well.

Which one has the most cocoa would you say? I love dark chocolate.

Would it be the chocolate mini-bar bags with 70%? Oh gosh! i am

feeling chocolate-cravings just thinking about it. Are they totally

out of the 85% or is is just not on sale? I am tempted to say that I

would buy it even if it weren't on sale.

FYI...

Green & Black is a company that sells dark dark dark 75% cacao

chocolate bars. They are a fair trade company as well.

After I tasted this, every other chocolate tasted like soap!
