Okay, I did Biggest Loser Power Walk miles 1 and 2 in the morning, I just now finished up doing miles 3 and 4. After I was done I did the Strong Knees workout that arrived today from the swap. I kinda liked the Biggest Loser workout, especially miles 3, which alternates walking and jogging and mile 4 which was done with a medicine ball. I do wish that Bob had led all of the walks instead of having the contestants do two of them but then maybe that is just because I really love Bob and can't get enough of him. Miles 1 and 2 were okay to me but not great. This is one that I got from Netflix, I would buy it if I could get it real cheap on the swap, but I would not pay a lot for it. It would be fun for easy days after work when I just want to get some kind of workout in. I am off now to preview my new workout that arrived today, I may decide to do it tomorrow, or not, I just never know until I wake up in the morning. Have a great evening everyone.
