First, great job on the workout! This sounds really good... yes, I'm starting to cave but have to get moving in a few minutes for work all day and night so no time to order until late tonight...

LOL about your comment about your neighbors! That is really weird that your workout would have disturbed them. I'm a super light sleeper but I don't even think I would have heard you the way you describe how the building is set up and with your TV low! Hopefully it is a one time annoyance (for them and you) and hopefully you were able to shake it off and have a great day!

Supreme 90 Day: Shoulders & Arms + grumble, grumble

Feeling the pump this morning! Got up at 4:00 and did Tom Holland's Supreme 90 Day Shoulders & Arms workout. Loved it! After the warmup here is what you do and what I used. You do 8-12 reps each, and you do each circuit 3 times through:

circuit 1single arm clean and press - 20 lb kettlebellbicep curls - 15'soverhead tricep extension - 30 lb kettlebell

circuit 2overhead presses - 15'shammer curls - 15'stricep kickbacks - 10'scircuit 3four part lateral raises (hammer curl up, lateral raise, push weights back, then down) -10'sincline bicep curls on a stability ball - 12'stricep extensions lying supine on a stability ball - 12'scircuit 4rear delt raises - 8's7-7-7's - 12'stricep pushups (knees)

My tv was on low and for the first time during my morning workout my neighbors banged on the wall (I live in a townhouse). My gym is my garage, which is next to their garage, and above my gym is a bedroom of mine so not sure how I woke them up but this has put me in a foul mood and I need to let it go. These women drive me and the other end neighbor (there are just three of us total) crazy. It's a mother and daughter who is in her 40's or so (weird to live with mom at such an age), they have never ONCE had friends over since I've lived here, and they are the skinny neurotic type that complain about everyone, are busy bodies, and really need to get both stoned and laid in my opinion. They are renters (me and end neighbor own) and I really wish they would move out.

One nice thing I can say about them is that they are quiet *L*

There's a good chance my friend Leza will be coming over for power yoga tonite. My lower back and legs desperately need this!

Yes, a phone call to discuss would be nice, I *hate* passive-agressive nasty notes. After daylight savings time on Sunday (yes, I get to run on an hour less sleep) I'll be back to pm workouts so it shouldn't be an issue but still.... I'm not going to re-arrange my life for these neurotic neighbors!

Absolutely, you are allowed to enjoy your own home and I can't imagine the noise was that bad. I have lived in apartments and townhouses and never had anyone complain about my exercising!!

Exactly! And, people who leave nasty notes are usually the type who are too afraid to say something to your face. I hate that - it is like the people who send me urgent work related things at 4:45 p.m. with a red exclamation point on a Friday!

Hugs Everyone - this has really been bothering me, as I do try to be a good citizen and while I must have woken them up doing something (dropping a weight?) I feel like she's almost trying to bully me or something.   I'll refrain from going on and on about their weirdness/neuroses.

Thanks for the sympathies!  It (and you guys!) mean a lot to me!

 

Absolutely, you are allowed to enjoy your own home and I can't imagine the noise was that bad.  I have lived in apartments and townhouses and never had anyone complain about my exercising!!

Yes, a phone call to discuss would be nice, I *hate* passive-agressive nasty notes. After daylight savings time on Sunday (yes, I get to run on an hour less sleep) I'll be back to pm workouts so it shouldn't be an issue but still.... UGh!  Sorry to hear that, it seems that some people go out seeking trouble instead of peace!  I mean, if you truly disturbed them (and I don't really see how that could be, given the set up of your houses) why not approach you in a friendlier way?!

Feeling the pump this morning!  Got up at 4:00 and did Tom Holland's Supreme 90 Day Shoulders & Arms workout.  Loved it!  After the warmup here is what you do and what I used. You do 8-12 reps each, and you do each circuit 3 times through:

circuit 1single arm clean and press - 20 lb kettlebellbicep curls - 15'soverhead tricep extension - 30 lb kettlebell

circuit 2overhead presses - 15'shammer curls - 15'stricep kickbacks - 10'scircuit 3four part lateral raises (hammer curl up, lateral raise, push weights back, then down) -10's

incline bicep curls on a stability ball - 12'stricep extensions lying supine on a stability ball - 12'scircuit 4rear delt raises - 8's7-7-7's - 12'stricep pushups (knees)

My tv was on low and for the first time during my morning workout my neighbors banged on the wall (I live in a townhouse).  My gym is my garage, which is next to their garage, and above my gym is a bedroom of mine so not sure how I woke them up but this has put me in a foul mood and I need to let it go.  These women drive me and the other end neighbor (there are just three of us total) crazy.  It's a mother and daughter who is in her 40's or so (weird to live with mom at such an age), they have never ONCE had friends over since I've lived here, and they are the skinny neurotic type that complain about everyone, are busy bodies, and really need to get both stoned and laid in my opinion.  They are renters (me and end neighbor own) and I really wish they would move out. 

One nice thing I can say about them is that they are quiet *L*

There's a good chance my friend Leza will be coming over for power yoga tonite.  My lower back and legs desperately need this!
