Guest guest
In the middle of the night I woke up to my cat, , meowing downstairs, over and over. I thought, “OMG he’s hurt!” I went downstairs and everything was fine, he was just in the middle of the living room meowing. I picked him up and took him to bed with me. I wonder if he saw Victor (the name I gave the ghost when I moved in) or something? I then dreamt I was in SE Asia looking at the sky for the different constellations and the whole sky was lit with different blinking stars, and also UFOs and big aircraft. It wasn’t scary or anything, it was pretty neat, actually. Today at work it was, gray sky, no ufo’s, not even the hawk that flies around outside our building hunting pigeons was out. Not a bad day, just a bland day. I took a shower at lunch to perk me up and it helped. I force fed myself a protein shake which tasted just so so but I did feel full and it killed my appetite. I ran 5 miles yesterday and for once my knee was fine with it, but now my hip hurts today, so I went and saw my chiropractor, " Dr. No " . After several painful pushes on various parts of Miss Fussy Hip he taped up my side with green Rock Tape, which is like Kinesio Tape only supposedly better. While I was there he did some routine work on my shoulder and this time used a new torture instrument, a handheld jackhammer that hits you 12 times per second, the same amounts the pain neurons let out per second or something like that. After much pain he said, " You are an *awesome* patient, by the way " . I replied that he was only saying that because I hadn't hit him yet. Of course I feel much better now! Dr. No is the best! I love that his office doubles as a kettlebell studio and art gallery. Tomorrow is Leg Day with my personal torturer. Dr. No wants me to run 3 miles on Friday or Saturday. Wednesday will be spinning and core work, and chest and triceps on Thursday. It's a good thing Im a masochist..
