I personally wouldn't touch NDF with a barge pole it contains chlorella doesn't it???? Chlorella = 1 thiol which can only pick up mercury cannot take it out of the body, so will redistribute!

I don't think use of NDF has helped this, is he still on it?

Hi Di,

Yes, we have used both in the past but it is complicated. We have never managed to get the mineral levels right probably due to the metal disruption. When we use epsom salts, starts teeth grinding with the extra magnesium, when we up zinc to counteract he gets angry. His levels have always been up the chute so's to speak this is one of the things I hope chelation corrects.

Glad to know you will be along for the journey!!

Hi , epsom salt baths or sauna if you have access to one after swimming is meant to really help with chlorine? I will be joining you on the chelation journey by the way! Hi ,

Interesting what you say about the teeth grinding. I have upped Harry's

magnesium to 2 Metabolic caps a day as he was only on 10drops of magnesium

liquid before and he just keeps going around making this growling noise. really

dont know what to do to stop it?
