Guest guest
Hi , If you had a rash from Valtex without gains and without an antifungal onboard there is no way to tell if the Valtrex was working and then the fugus was working against you. Valtrex does not cause a rash in typical adults or children. If you are washing off the blue coating I would guess it was probably fungal. I would get on an antifungal like Diflucan and rule out the fungal issue. It would be sad to do all this work and miss out on a gain just because you didn't work on the fungus as well. Remember, Famvir does not cross the blood brain barrier whereas Valtrex does. - Stan > > Hey all... > My son just started Famvir on Monday.
