Thanks for answering the SALT ?

V drinks salted water which sounded YUK

to me, but I tried it and will continue.

I tend to want my Kombucha to be very BASIC and not confused or changed

due to fear of contamination and the inability to revert the SCOBY

back generations later to the original formula. I have confidence in

the old reliable SCOBY.

I was glad to hear from you and V that you both add the salt to the

finished

KT. I will continue to add any flavors, herbs, fruit etc.; now also

SALT only to the end product. Boring, but safe. :)
