Guest guest
Stan, I was reading about caveman diet on your web page. My daughter has been on SCD for about a month and her diet consists of the following: 1. Eggs 2. Home made chicken soup made with chicken, carrots, celery (not eaten) 3. Home made pear sauce 4. Home squeeze pear juice and filtered water 5. Zucchini or butternut squash The difference between what she's eating and your caveman diet is the following: 1. She eats carrot and squash 2. She eats eggs Are carrot, squash and eggs often a problem for kids with ASD? We have not done IgG test yet. Meanwhile, any suggestion on how to proceed in introducing vegetables/nuts? Spinach gave her gas, banana caused regression and apples seemed to give gas too. So she is probably a " yeasty kid " ?
