Hi I had the think blood thing and gave myself heparin shots. In my stomach. It did thin my blood but it was quite hard to do. First we tried doing it like a homeopathic under the tongue but it didn't help. My blood has a pretty pinkish healthy color. Its had been really dark and yukky. I did get into trouble as I was eating chunks of garlic with also thins blood and started having a bleeding problem. There are also other blood thiners you have to look out for. I am seeing a new doctor and he mentioned he might want to inject me with Heparin. Anyone have any experience with what this is, and is it safe, and/or effective?

Hi ,I was taking injections of heparin for 10 days then pill form for 6 months. It is effective for thinning blood but I believe you have to be careful. Also be careful as to what you eat and any supplements that you take. If you are on heparin You should stay away from Aspirin, Ibuprofen, and not eat too much greens, garlic, omega's, olive leaf, and a other supplements that thins blood. You should research whatever supplements you are on, if any, just to be sure. I also had to go for blood tests every week because it is very difficult to get your levels where they should be. Also watch out for bruising or any bleeding as I am sure your doc has told you. But anyway, I opted to come off and try just using supplements to thin out my blood,

so far so good.......good luck! To: Lyme_and_Rife Sent: Thursday, August 20, 2009 8:58:10 PMSubject: OT: Heparin
