I have had for several years some kind of sore behind my right ear. Normally it would come, I tok som cortison on and it went away, returned 1 month later ++ It has been like that for 2-3 years.. But the last year it has been more aggresive with a "flare" 1-4 times each month. Suddenly I also started to get something similar inside the top of the ear. Its a very bad picture but its not aggressive now (I justed tok cortison on..). And the last 1/2 year I have also had similar on the top of my eye. The last 4 months it has been there always. It doesn't go away but the pain is less and it doesn't burn so much. Its has a clear fluid and its itching and burning.. Hi Karianne,Could it be some sort of yeast infection?  Just that it is happening in damp moist areas on your face .. I would either try and see what happens when you put natural live yoghurt on it or possibly a drop of garlic oil on it.. both of which would treat the yeast.

I would suggest only testing on a very little area at a time and leave at least a week to see  what happens.Best Wishes

If it is yeast, would hydrogen peroxide work? I think it was you, Tracey, wasn't it, who recommended this for fungal infections - my older (NT) son has had a fungal toenail for years, and since I started treating it with hydrogen peroxide, it's starting to clear up! Yes, it itchy and sore..

I can try with yogurt, I just need to buy some. I don't know if I can find

garlic oil here..

Where do I get hydrogen peroxide? I really don't have a clue of what that is in

norwegian..
