I think I remember Dr. Mc Can.. saying that she does the 3 days of soup for a liver flush. Does anyone know what a good time frame would be? I did the YED at the first of the year. Do you mean you want to do the liver flush? Dr. M was talking about even going on just veggies was a break for the liver. I don't remember the exact time frame she discussed, if ever.
