Hi Jen,Thanks for replying to my Samento query, i too herx'd badly on it, but after my first herx stopped taking to then get a blood test for lyme, which turned out positive, but am in two minds whether to try Samento again due to the problem you mentioned, spirochetes changing to L and Cyst form as a defense mechanism?!For your question about Low Dose Naltrexne - LDN, i have been taking it since January 2008.I started off great on 3mg every night, the 1st 8 weeks my symptoms slightly improved - leg strngth, balance, walkin ability, but after those 8 weeks for some reason my symptoms became worse,Basically after months of varying doses from 2mg-6m a night i realised i was taking too much for my body to handle comfortable,My doctor stressed its the Response that is

important NOT the dose - the recommended range is 2mg - 4.5mg , anything lower or higher is deemed not as effective. So for the past 12-14 months i have been taking 2mg of LDN each night and cannot complain. As i was diagnosed with MS for the last 7 years my symptoms have just become progressively worse over the years, but since taking 2mg of LDN, I havent progressed AT ALL, i dont get colds/flus, and i can only put this halting of progression down to LDN.By the way, everyone responds differently to the doses of LDN, so just because i respond best to 2mg doesnt mean you will, 90% of people use 2mg or 4.5mgYou need to find the one you get the best response from. But LDN in my opinion is excellent, it boosts the immune system, which can only be good for many conditions.Good luck :)To: Lyme_and_Rife Sent: Sunday, August 9, 2009 10:49:17 PMSubject: OT: Low Dose Naltroxene

Does anyone have any positives/negatives on this? Do you think it is something that can be used in conjunction with rife?

I have heard positve stuff, and it is recommended in Singleton's book. Just when anything messes with the brain, manipulating body to create endorphins by lowering them, starts to sound like all that medical stuff in the past that has gotten me into trouble before! But if it triggers body to deal with inflammation, I am for that big time.

Thanks for your time! Jen
