Yesterday I did a 15 min stretch from a dvd, because my legs were sore from the brief Pilates I had done the day before. (yikes) Today was 15 mins on the recumbent bike. Getting easier, and it helps that it doesn’t seem to aggravate my wonky knees or hips. Slow but steady.Tomorrow will be more Pilates – core, and maybe some more leg work. in cold but sunny Sask
