Guest guest
Hello I could not use the pedals that came with my bike. I took the pedals to a bike shop to get the bolt size of the pedals, then I got a set of " bear trap " pedals that have sharp ridges to grip the sole of my shoe. There are also pedal adapters, extensions, available. http://www.kneesaver.net/ You could lengthen the strap with velcro stitched to a sturdy strap (similiar to tarp tie-downs) that you can get in fabric stores. There is a solution that is sold as an addon to bikes that you would find in a physical therapy place. http://www.scifit.com/accessories.asp number 5, you would need to know the bolt size of your bike, first. I got my pedals from Amazon.com, if you buy online make sure the can be returned or exchanged in case they do not work for you. I hope this helps.
