Guest guest
Hello Dawn, Kathleen Kendall-Tackett spoke about depression at the ILCA Conference. She does not mention 5HTP in her materials at all. Her website granitescientific.com may have something useful for you. There is good evidence that exercise and DHA/EPA supplements can help depression. Guest guest
Judy, Thanks for your reply. This mom has used 5HTP in the past with good results – she’s open to other therapies, but first would like to know if what has worked for her in the past would be feasible while breastfeeding. She’s a little reluctant to try new regimen unless it’s merited Warm Regards, Dawn From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of Judith L.
