Guest guest
I think I read somewhere an article where drs were concerned about the increasing numbers of power scooters and chairs and the sales job that scooter stores were doing. People were wanting the scooters and not really needing them. With that rationale everyone, able bodied or not, should have a scooter and we'd all not get fatigued. But I think we all realize that is not a good idea. The ads are on all day, you can see people living their lives doing everything in their scooter. I am afraid some of our posters are seeing these and thinking its a good idea to just give up on walking and go on riding their cart.
