Guest guest Posted February 15, 2011 Report Share Posted February 15, 2011 I was pokey to start, kinda dragging my heals....couldn't make up my mind what I wanted to do. Finally, 15 minutes later than usual, I put in 's Crunch Time. Not sure if I have done this one. If so, it has been years. Well, I loved it. I usually don't get into these type of workouts too much, but this was a really great one. Didn't drag at all. She moves so fast from one exercise to the other. My heart rate stayed up throughout and I got some burns in my triceps and shoulders. Not much anywhere else. Would use it more for cardio again. I burned 430 calories with my average at 127. This was a 45-minute workout.
