My Sunday

Once about every couple of months I have to post a chapter in my ever

changing life..Well sunday was the annual church picnic in the

mountains near woodlake.I have always backed out of it because I've

herd of all the hiking..but we went yesterday..It was an adventure

driving my car across a feild with knee high grass and cattle Jamison

was scared to death he thought the cows were going to ram our car

because it's red..lol poor kid lives such a sheltered life.Anyway we

made it and set up camp up on a nice shady hill climbing was no

problem I even carried a couple extra things for other people We had

a nice picnic and the kids set off the rockets they had been making

in bible study My friend heidi and I had to carry her son

(handicapped) up to where they were setting them off so he could

launch his then back up the hill.Heidi was sweating like crazy and I

wasn't she asked if I wanted to play cards I said sure so she made me

go back down the hill to get the cards out of her car..I won't bore

you with too many details but I must of went up and down the hill 10

times and not once was I uncomfortable I saw jamison laying on the

blanket his face bright red and dripping with sweat..poor kid..I did

what I wanted without hesitation and had a great day..I am by no

means at an acceptable weight but what I have lost has made a world

of difference.I go to our yearly retreat on april 25th every year I

watch as my fellow church members climb a tree up to a platform and

then jump off between the tree's(yes there is a harness) Every year I

watch wishing I could try it myself but I knew the harness wouldn't

come close to fitting..well this year I am going to be first in

line..New things are opening up all the time and I love being more

physical and jamison loves watching me make an a$$ of myself..life is

good and this is getting too long...sorry...
