Guest guest
and others with Type 2, To date, there is no research on either human or animal studies that confirm Vitamin C will help Type 2. The only research is on CMT 1A, and much research is ongoing. 1A is the most common subtype of CMT. About 70% of people with CMT have CMT 1A. ~ Gretchen
Guest guest
I have Type 2 CMT & do take Vit. C on the advice of my neurologist. I'm not taking it for the benefits CMT Type 1 may get tho. He was worried I might not be getting enough daily. I only take 500mg twice a day. Added bonus, I haven't had a cold in a couple years. He is the best I've had up until now even tho he mostly works with children. Kerry in Wisconsin
