Hi Kinsey!

Congratulations on the great weight loss!

I was similarly blessed until 3 months out, then I joined the rest of the

crowd. I suspect this is a honeymoon period, and it will go away, sadly to

say.

As for the BMs, mine are getting more and more normal (hooray)! I think we

just need time...and to be...patient...

Hugs and blessings, Ann

Hey Kinsey!

I can only answer one of your questions. My poopy never went back to

normal color. It's still very light and it's very rare that I have

a " firm " one. I wouldn't be too concerned. It seems to be the norm.

Kinsey, I did the hiccup thing with my VBG and sometimes with this. I think

it has to do with pressure on the diaphragm from the new location of the

tummy. I get cramps in my lower right side about 30 minutes before a BM. It

is a catchy type pain that hurys a few minutes, which is better than the

anytime anyplace type BMs I had the first 2 months. The first 2 months I had

pasty white or light beige BM's with little odor, now thay are more normal in

odor and color, every once in a while I will have a " pale " one, but now they

are more the normal brown or orange(or red when I eat tomato soup....LOL). I

know this is too much info......Also....has anyone else noticed a large

increase in the amount of BM?? Sometimes it looks like a cow used my

potty...Kind of embarassing...thank God no one else sees it...LOL. If it was

firm, it would stopp up the toilet!!

Well any cow that uses a potty would have to be rather cultured when you

think about the usual way they drop it anywhere....Just ask Jo.

Hi Kinsey

I had the hiccups like you described early on and they eventually go

away. I also had stomach spasms and was very thankful when they

went away. I have never, no not once, ever thrown up. I have done

what I call blowing bubbles when I have eaten that one bite to

much. I feel like a little pollywog when I do, you know they are

always blowing bubbles.

Dont worry dear, the gas will come when you start trying new and

different foods....it just happens.

And then theres the poopies. Mine have maintained that unusual

ochre color, unless I eat something really colorful. And the

consistancy for the most part stays soft. Depends on the amount of

fat I eat the day before...

sounds to me like you are right on track, and the weight loss is

wonderful...relax and enjoy the ride, the ups are wonderful.

He sold them to other Dairymen...I think most hung the clocks in

their barn office rather than their homes....each one was

unique...its own work of art...finished product was nicely 'sealed'.

The funny part was dad watching dad checking the fresh piles to see

if they had plopped nicely then trying to protect it until it dryed

enough to pick up. You think that cow pile clocks are yuck...you

should dry nibbling your husband behind the ears and...yuck, spit,

spit....I learned to wait until he had his bath.

Jo

who was raised with cow shit squishing between her toes...and " cow

shit " was the one " dirty phrase " that mom didn't bat an eye when us

kids said it. Just about anything else we were in danger of needing

dental work.
