Guest guest
Last Saturday was my first day trial on my 10 year old son with autism. It's mb12 with folinic acid nasal spray. 2 hrs later, he was aggressive towards my husband, very stimmy, very out of control, and impulsive. I didn't do anything for couple days, until today Thursday (tomorrow school is off for him). I had him back pretty much by Tuesday or so. This morning, Thursday, gave another gentle spray hoping there's less dosage, and sent him to school. Boy!!! he was out of control, pull a classmates' hair, and slapped the aide, very jumpy and stimmy, whole body stimming, and eyes wandering around aimlessly instead of focus. Teacher said he's totally " not there " ! Unusual of him at school. Now, I'm waiting for the DAN! doctor to prescribe one without the folinic acid and try. I really hope it'll work. Joanna. Guest guest
I'm assuming you only gave him one spray. We see this in rare (rare) occasions related to the folinic acid. Let us know what happens when you try it without folinic. Also, I would start the dosing at once every third day if that were my child. Start slowly and see what happens. - Stan > > Last Saturday was my first day trial on my 10 year old son with > autism.
