I like the idea about intervals but I can't get my HR up in low impact cardio except for kickboxing drills..I really am pretty strong cardiovascular just lack knees right now. IF I a have gym available - I may do alt spin and weights myself. It appears to be about 90 sec cardio and 2 min weights..
