I give them 2 tries too :) I still haven't done Extreme Intervals with the stability ball.  It's the only CLX workout I own that I haven't done yet.  The only CLX workout I'm missing is Extreme Core Circuit.

Anyway you can do other workouts for the cardio like spinning.  I am running today during lunch.Good job on putting in the time, Judy!

 

I got these workouts in this AM.  I like the idea about intervals but I can't get my HR up in low impact cardio except for kickboxing drills..I really am pretty strong cardiovascular just lack knees right now.  IF I a have gym available - I may do alt spin and weights myself. It appears to be about 90 sec cardio and 2 min weights.. I can do my own and get higher HR I think.. but I will try this workout again.  I always like to give them at least 2 tries
