I said that when baking homemade bread, salt is used to calm down the yeasts not increase their activity so I would guess that adding salt to fermenting Kombucha would be destructive to the yeasts. During the recent heat wave I added some water to which salt and Vit C had been added to my Kombucha tea along with a squeeze of lemon all right before drinking, not during fermentation and it sure tasted very good. Most of the time I would keep the salt separate from the Kombucha but most of us need some natural salt in our diet...
