Weekend workouts

It seems the weekends screw up my routines too much! I got home late Friday and

didn't have time for a workout before supper and the Symphony, and I didn't want

to start one at 11PM afterward.

I spent most of Saturday cleaning out my greenhouse, shuffling pots around and

preparing a site for my cold frames to go in. While that burned more calories

than sitting on the couch, it wasn't really a " workout. " Saturday evening are

always occupied with taking care of my Mom's hair and other helping things with

her.

I did get a short workout in Sunday -- a 20 minute Chalene Cardio Party. I had

thought to go back and do another workout after supper, but I just didn't get

around to it. I've thought of doing that a number of times, but I just can't

seem to do a second one after I've taken a break.

Weekend also seem to make me eat more! My Sunday knitting club had refreshments,

and our refrigerator is just too darn accessible!

Despite my lack of self-discipline, my weight crept down a little, reaching a

new 20 year low! I'm getting really close to breaking into the 160's!!
