Guest guest Posted March 5, 2011 Report Share Posted March 5, 2011 Hi - Ok - I think this is what I did for the week: Sunday - Firm Express TurboCharge Cardio & Sculpt, 20 min weights & kickboxing segment from Violet Zaki's Weight Loss Cardio Kickboxing, McGee Pilates for Beginner's 20 min segment. Monday - Bad sleep due to T-storms, 30 min recumbent bike, (Pilates or stretching, can't remember which!) Tuesday - Firm Express TurboCharge Cardio, 20 min of kickboxing from Violet Zaki's WL Cardio Kickboxing & 20 min of Pilates from ' McGee's Pilates for Beginners Wed - Firm Express TurboCharge Sculpt, (? - I'm not sure what else I did!) Thurs - 30 min treadmill, 20 min bike, (? - stretch? Pilates?) Friday - Tracey Mallett's Get Your Body Back (all circuits -wow!
