Guest guest
How are they handling it at school Margaret? Sam's a better shape since TST and has lost some weight being in school in the week Mandi x Yes I know about fats, Nina - but he eats too much! Believe me he gets anough animal fat!I cook with butter or goose fat, too - never vegetable oil.Agree with the SCD recommendation - I would say it's worth doing it even imperfectly and even if you can't enforce it in all settings, as it's a healthy way of eating and we all tend to get too much refined carb in our diet.Margaret> > >> > > hi, just had the most annoying appointment with nhs dietican, who is now > > > recommending i mix gf/cf processed foods with regular food as a maintaince plan > > > for ds over eating obession he's 11 weights in at 7 stone- 45.5kgs and is > > > gaining 1.3 kgs every two months he eats constantly mainly carbs and melted > > > cheese foods, has anyone had a simular experience with their child i'm looking > > > for an appriopate way forward as i don't like process food and don't see how > > > that will help but school won't uphold any diet we usexx> > > > > > melissaxx> > >> >>
Guest guest
Have you ever tried the salt loading? I've lost 3 stone this year and I am eating more than I did before. I think sorting out the aldosterone with the salt loading, taking my supps just like Lucida told me too (eventually!) and the accupressure mat + reflexology is what has done it Mandi x In my case carbs just lead to more carbs - even in the absence/presence of protein. Oh dear.Margaret> > > >> > > > hi, just had the most annoying appointment with nhs dietican, who is> > now> > > > recommending i mix gf/cf processed foods with regular food as a> > maintaince plan> > > > for ds over eating obession he's 11 weights in at 7 stone- 45.5kgs and> > is> > > > gaining 1.3 kgs every two months he eats constantly mainly carbs and> > melted> > > > cheese foods, has anyone had a simular experience with their child i'm> > looking> > > > for an appriopate way forward as i don't like process food and don't> > see how> > > > that will help but school won't uphold any diet we usexx> > > >> > > > melissaxx> > > >> > >> >> > > >>
