Years ago, an acquaintance got me started on the multi-vitamin. It was like

a gummy bear, but with phyto-nutrients. I found the quality to be extremely

variable, and quit. At the time, it was touted for kids with ADHD. Ben did

seem to do well on them, but one batch would be dark, and another light. He

wouldn't eat them anymore, because he could never be sure if they tasted the

same. Not confidence inspiring.

Who knows what the situation is now? I would get a trial amount and just see

if it makes a difference. As they were formulated years ago, they were

simply concentrated vitamins from plants, and seemed essentially harmless.

If it gets a good multi into your kid, it's good. But for me, the price was

too high.

I think it's spelled Mannatech.
