Are you talking about replacing fluorescent's with standard light bulbs? I definitely want to know how to do that. Can you show me on that website where they are at or called? Do you need to add things other than exchanging the light? Is the replacement light mercury free? My children react horribly to fluorescent lights, and its immediately upon being under them.

No, we were talking about replacing regular fluorescent with Full Spectrum Fluorescents. I believe one has to order the better kinds either from a Specialty lighting store, Lightbulb store or on the web... You might also want to look at their spectrum vs natural sunlight spectrum to get an indication of how full spectrum the bulb is.

Your children's experience is exactly the extreme for what I was talking about.... We need to remember that most children in todays schools are under these with little time in natural sunlight most of the day. One has to wonder about their natural Vit D levels.
