Guest guest Posted January 18, 2011 Report Share Posted January 18, 2011 After doing a little bit of power yoga last night I realized that I had been way too neglectful of yoga lately and that my body really needs it. I went to bed early and got up at 4:00 to do more!Eoin Finn's The Pursuit of Champion Hips is my favorite of his (I have everything of his but his latest, the Blissology Project). I chose the long 80 minute practice because my hips are soooooooooo tight. There are sun salutations, yes, but not so many that you get bored. It was just the right amount, to get the body warm and prepared for all the hip openers that followed. My cat, Junior, was very very sweet and accompanied me with kitteh kisses and loves along the way ( Sr. power napped the whole time). My legs and hips feel soooooooo much better! I can tell that Wonky Knee and Fussy Hip appreciated this too. I need to remember to do more yoga!Back and biceps with Noel tonite. I can hardly wait! It's my favorite of the three workouts we do.
