Guest guest
Hi Everyone,I am just into "mindless" cardio these days - winter is sapping my strength/energy. so, today I got up and did a 30 min ride on the recumbent bike. I still would really, really like a spin bike. We got the recumbent for DH, but he never uses it - so maybe we can trade it for a spin bike. We'll see. Anyway, 30 minutes on that was enough to get me sweating and my HR up a bit.Followed up w/ Trudie Styler/ D'Silva's Pure Sculpt - I did one section each of core, lower body and arms. I really liked it more this time around than my first time through as I was more familiar with the style of the workout and instructor ( teaches via voice-over). It is Pilates inspired, but not "true" Pilates - if that makes sense. The lower body floorwork is the best part of this DVD, in my opinion. Although I did apprecaite the core/abs and upper body stuff more this time around. I planned to do some stretching w/ Classical Stretch, but ran out of time. I don't know if I'll get a chance to add it on later or not -school is canceled, so......Anyway - tomorrow is Ignite - Cardio. I will add on at least 20 minutes of another cardio routine and then I will definitely do my CS!Take care -Donna
