Guest guest
I have been reading all the HCP letters and anticipating writing my own soon. As I browsed through my Works program, I noticed all the options for writing a newsletter. I wonder now if I approched informing the area providers of my new practice through a newsletter, if it would be more productive? I could announce the practice, offer some topic of breastfeeding advice, discuss some legislature issue of interest, mention a community opportunity (educational opportunity or a sale), possibly even offer some scripture related to breastfeeding or birth... something they might leave lying around for others to read (maybe even in their waiting room)...attach a few cards. I have kept names and addresses of those attending my childbirth education classes, in hopes of someday sending them a newsletter. This idea could work for both groups. What do you all think? Would every three months be too frequent? God Bless, Penny Lane RN, IBCLC
