's Tuesday workout

I don't have his new one but like you if I did I'm not even sure when I'd get it in!  I have sooooo many virgin workouts!I love Noel and will miss him when this round of sessions is over (back and biceps getting sore from yesterday) but I do feel a sense of accomplishment when I get virgin workouts out of the way!

I have 5 more CLX workouts til the finish line, then after that I hope to do one Insanity workout per week (they are all virgins) and also one Jari Love per week, and I've only done two of hers. Someday I will need to do a Goudeau rotation!  He's really good!

Did you get his new one ?  It's getting awesome reviews!  I have it, but it will be a bit before I attempt it :)Nice work . .  Pushing play twice is good!  I'm glad you gave it a second chance.  You very seldom miss a workout - don't be hard on yourself!

Don't give up on !  He's definitely advanced and you might need to be in the right mood for him.  I think he's a great instructor (though a bit effeminate)

 

I just realized I didn't post my workout this morning, or more like lack of  a workout.  I got up and put in 's Play Ball.  This one was a virgin that I had never previewed before but I knew I wanted a short something and since I like medicine ball I figured it would be a good one.  I really did not want to work out today and had to force myself.  I put it in and immediately got behind since sometimes takes me several tries to figure out what he's doing.  Then I said ah just forget it and went back to reading emails.  Then I remembered how happy I was with the two pounds I lost and started the DVD over again.  This time I did a little better since I had already watched that part of the workout.  I was going along okay, not really giving it my all though and then he went down to the mat.  I thought he was going to do some med ball crunches or something,  but no.  He started doing pushups with one hand on the ball,  then he said something like " these are my favorites "   then I said well buddy then you do them, because they are not my favorites and I ain't gonna do them.  At that point is when I gave up and want back to reading email.  I had planned to do the 7 minute portion of strong knees as well, but I didn't even do that.  What a bum I am.  So I guess I only got 10-15 minutes in of a 30 minute workout.

I'm feeling fat and lazy!!  :)  Sooo tired, it's sickening.   I will be 12 weeks on Saturday.  I'm hopeful that soon after I will start feeling normal!

 

Yes, a rotation would be fun.  I love !

This morning I did katami's Kettlebell Kombos. I had done the clinic on this previously. I did not have time to do the abs portion this morning, maybe when I come home tonite. I totally love this workout. I started out with a 12 lb bell, then dropped to a 10 lb for the windmill part, I just can't get the 12 up there while I rotate, then I went back to the 12 for the wood chop swing portion. I think I can go heavier next time on those, maybe I'll try the 15 for that part next time. I am off to shower now, have a great day everyone.
