Guest guest Posted February 20, 2011 Report Share Posted February 20, 2011 Hi Everyone!My cat is still doing well - it is amazing how quickly animals bounce back! Today for strength I did Austin's Shrink Your Female Fat Zones. It was a good workout - the first half was just dumbells, second half was dumbells and stability ball. worked a little of everything throughout. It wasn't "killer" hard, but I wasn't really looking for that today. I did use heavier weights than -mostlys 8's and 10's. I seem to be on a kick lately - not sure why. Sometimes I find her annoying, other times, not so much. Her workouts are technically typically pretty good -so if you can get past the chatter it is usually a good experience! I finished up w/ a recorded Classical Stretch episode from Season 5. I am going for a walk later today with my friend, we usually go for close to 90 minutes. Then, after that, I do want to relax a bit - although my home office needs a major cleaning/decluttering and I'm sure I will have to do some laundry. I'm glad tomorrow is a day off from work for President's day! Although I'm taking my DD ice skating in the morning.
