Hi.. we have been on this BID for 5 months now and have not seen any

negatives that I am aware of. We take a lot of things so it is hard

to be certain when behaviors flare up what is behind it at times,

but I don't recall any problems when we started this. This is what

Thorne Labs says about it on their website if that will help in any

way.

" L-carnitine is an essential cofactor for several enzymes necessary

for transport of free long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria.

It is found in high concentrations in myocardial and skeletal

muscle. "
