Valtrex Day 5-Tantrums

Hi Gang,

We just started Valtrex 5 days ago and Garrett has already come down

with a horrible cough and other cold symptoms. (I'm taking this as a

good sign.) Behavior wise nothing out of the ordinary until today.

Now all of a sudden Garrett has become very irritable and has been

throwing huge tantrums. This is not something he ever does. I know

that the autistic symptoms can get worse, but I thought it was

increased stimming, more spacey,less eye contact etc. Is irritability

and tantruming a part of it as well?

Just some back ground. Garrett has been SCD for 7 months, nasal b12

for 2 months and chelates with TD-DMSA 3on/4off.

Any insight is appreciated!
