I did not do a workout today. I woke up so sore today from Lalofit yesterday that it hurt just to sit to pee today. Yesterday after the workout my shoulders and butt hurt, but today it was my whole body, mainly my thighs but pretty much everything. I am kind of bummed because I really wanted to do that Benton today, but I just didn't have it in me. It will have to wait until next weekend now as it is too long to do during the work week, unless I can do it after work, but then I probably won't get it done. Tomorrow I think I will do the Jillian shred it with weights level 1 again tomorrow morning. Lalo, you may be a cutie pie, but you hurt me real bad, that wasn't nice. LOL.
