I am lazy.

Here is an easy recipe with claber cheese*.

Add RAW MILK clabber cheese, unbaked noodles and RAW milk to a bowl,

mix and top with herbs/seasonings & breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 o F for

an hour....forget that you had it in the stove 'til the next day,

(oops) bake at 350 o F for another hour and eat.

It is very good.

*Clabber cheese is the cheese that just happens when you add starter

culture to a pot of RAW milk, leave it for a day, cut it in all

directions to 1/2 inch cubes, leave it for another day, drain it in a

colander lined with butter muslin, put a big ziplock bag of water on

it overnight, and put what is left in the frige. It is pretty tasty

cheese. You can eat it straight too.

Do not try this with H & P milk.
