She said she was going to take some Advil when she got back to her desk. 20 swings - 20 lb kettlebell 100 jumpropes 10 burpees 30 jacks Repeat 20 squats - two 25 lb dumbells 60 mountain climbers 60 high knees 30 speedskates Repeat 3 x10 Overhead tricep extensions - 20 lbs on first set, 30 lbs on last 2 sets 3 x10 lateral raises - 12's on first set, 10's on next two sets 3 x10 military presses - 15's 90 crunches on the ball I've worked out every day this week so tomorrow will be a rest day for me. Sunday I plan on doing another yoga practice from Blissology and if it isn't too cold out, run 3-5 miles depending on Ms. Fussy Hip. Here's to the weekend!
