The first mile walk made me hurt for a week, but I have been ok since. Walking has never been a problem. I walked a lot when I was 433. It's the bending and all that kills me, or standing in one spot. My losses are always in spurts. It has done it since the days at Marta's. I'd weigh and hold for a few days and the drop 2 or 3. Now it has been hold for a week or 2 and then a drop near my period. Maybe Jim just needs a good period <evil grin>...LOL. in Bama http://hometown.aol.com/mdl1031/myhomepage/profile.ht ml Surgery- RNY to DS revision on12/6 -377.5 12/17 - 346.5 ( minus 31lbs) 01/15- 338.1 (minus 39.1lbs) 02/12-330.0 (minus 47.5 lbs) 04/06- 324.3 (minus 53.2 lbs) 04/25- 315 (minus 62.5 lbs)
