Dr. Kabara says:

Each capsule contains 200 mg of monolaurin (purity unknown) and 100 mg of

fillers/additives.

Seven pellets = 210 mg of 94+% pure monolaurin and no fillers/additives.

From this, I would guesstimate that one Monolaurin Capsule is equivalent to

about six pellets of the Lauricidin. Dr. JM
