4DS Shoulders, Calves & Core / Core Fusion Bootcamp

Wasn't dragging as bad today.  I did the warm-up of the step portion and then moved on to shoulders.  Went one notch heavier than Cathe again and got some great burns.  I'm expecting some DOMS in the calves too again tomorrow.  After the shoulders and calves I put in Core Fusion Bootcamp and did the first two sections..  Again, a good workout, but not quite as much cardio as I was hoping for.  After that 20 minutes, I finished up with the core off the 4DS workout.  It was a nice little workout.  I shut my HRM off at the 62 minute mark and burned 468 calories with my average at 113.

I have to train this morning, which I'm dreading..  I hope it's warm out there.  I've had the heat going for a couple hours, but as cold as it is outside, not sure that's enough!  I hope Kaysar is quiet today.  He's not 'naughty', but just talkative and adds much more stress to me when trying to train a client.  GRRR...
