's Thursday Workout

Today I did Jillian's Shred it with weights. I am not a Jillian fan, in fact, I really can't stand her, but I really did like this workout. I used a 7 lb kb for the warm up and the turkish getups, but I used a 10 lb for all the other stuff like the swings, etc. I did the level one workout. I really did enjoy this and will do it again soon. Tomorrow is rest day for me so I get to sleep in.
