Guest guest Posted January 19, 2011 Report Share Posted January 19, 2011 Ok, since I went back to work after being off for a week, I've slacked off on my CLX. So sorry about that to my CLX buddies! My turbo classes have picked up too, so now I am teaching 6 classes a week, so that's put a damper on my CLX too. Anyway, I taught my turbo class today, then came home and did Burn Circuit 1. My back is hurting a little bit, so I didn't lift a whole lot, but stayed the same, so I stuck with my light pounds (6-9lb) for most of the shoulder exercises, then 12 with some others. I really need to buy me some 15 pound dumbells! After my turbo class, I did the standing abs of " Jackie's Xtreme Crunch-Free Abs. I like these abs on this workout. You actually get a little bit of an arm and leg workout too with these abs exercises. So that's it for today. Tomorrow I won't be doing CLX... it's my 2 Turbo class day!
