Videos] once again, exercise saves the day

Gone are the blues. Hurray! All it took was a 30 minute run on the eliptical, interval run at level 11. At $24 a YEAR my membership to the Sweat Shop (small gym at work) is one of the best investments I ever made.

I also became reacquainted with an old friend called the Captain's Chair and did 15 quick reps on that for abs. I could have done more than that, but my upper body is toast thanks to Noel, and I was on my way out the door, I did that as a whim. However, I'm going to start making the Captain's Chair as part of my routine at the sweat shop.

This is the Captain's Chair in case you aren't familiar with it:

I'm excited to add this to my repertoire! The Captain's Chair is considered to be one of the best exercises for the abs. There's a fun factor to it too.Ta Ta for now!

Yay! Glad you are feeling better. It is a bit better here today - at least the sun is shining and it is warm enough to go out w/out mittens! YAY!I also agree, exercise is an awesome mood lifter. I think Indyrose said it - sometimes it is the best part of my day! :)DonnaTo:

Word, Sister!  I get excited thinking about what my next workout will be and I immensely enjoy creating rotations, even if I never do them!  I'm already daydreaming about Leg Day with Noel tomorrow.

I think Indyrose said it - sometimes it is the best part of my day! :)
