Thanks Margaret, that's good advice. I'd not heard of the GAPS diet, but it

sounds interesting and also do-able, based on what you have described and an

initial glance at her website. Either way, (GAPS/SCD), it's really the

processed carbs I need to address. I've ordered the book following your advice

and compelling reviews!
