He's been going to the gym and working out with his father, which is wonderful, but he has a lot of weight to lose. He's gotta be close to 300 lbs. We did tabata, with low impact modifications for him:double arm swingsjumpropestraddles on the stepsumo burpeesrest one minute, repeatdouble arm swingsspeed skatesjackshigh knee run in place rest one minute, repeatThen we did abs on the stability ball, 60 crunches, 20 each directionLastly, Yoga Complete for Every Body, Hip Mobility 30 minute practice from the beginners section.It was a lot of fun, he was drenched in sweat so I'm happy I got the most WONDERFUL birthday present today (you know who you are - THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!! Eoin Finn's Blissology Project! I've been wanting this since I heard about it (Eoin and I are " friends " on Facebook) I will do the rotation at some point soon! Once I'm done with Noel I'd like to finish up the last 5 lean cirucuits but maybe I could do those in conjunction with this? We'll see! I haven't had a chance to look at it yet! They have long and quickie versions plus lovely meditationI have been doing the quickie versions about 2-3 times a week with CLX.. It is REALLY helping my knees.
