Guest guest
I have had many adults on Acetyl L-Carnitine (it's a popular anti-aging nutrient) and some of them get agitated on it. I've occasionally had people react to too much chromium too. L-Tryptophan is supposed to be calming.--you'd have to do them one at a time to find out which one (or two!) is irritating him. As to the tin, I have often found tin hiding mercury, and as the tin goes down, mercury starts coming out. In response to my son's urine organix profile by Metametrix, our DAN! practictioner put my 6 yr. old son who is 45 pounds on L-Tryptophan by Craig Nutraceuticals 1,000 mg a day (2 capsules), Acetyl L-Carnitine by Metabolic Maintenance 500mg a day (2 capsules), and ChromeMate GTF 200 by Pure Encapsulations, 1 capsule a day. When first introduced gradually, my son tolerated all of these well, but now 2 weeks later, we seem to be having a lot of irritability. Any thoughts on which supplement might be causing it or if the dose might be too high of something? My son's hair test by Dr Data showed aluminum in the yellow section, but silver was in the red section, past the 95%. Our DAN! practitioner was more concerned about the aluminum. Anybody else have super high silver, and if so, should we be concerned?
